An assortment of long darning needles 3/9, ideal for sewing 'thicker' fabrics.
Pouch of 6 needles. Darning is covering a hole by crisscrossing thicker threads across its surface. Our long darning needles have a larger eye which makes it easier to thread them with the (thicker) darning thread. They are ideal for darning wool and cotton. Made in France in our factory, from nickel-plated steel, our needles go through 27 manufacturing stages, which guarantees an incomparable slide and an irreproachable tip. The numbering corresponds to the size of each needle, No. 3/0 being the longest and thickest one, and No. 11 the shortest and thinnest one of the series.
