Special ruler for 10 cm hems. Ideal for quickly measuring necklines, armholes, shoulders, sides and hems

The hem measure graduates in 10 cm, and will save you time in taking your measurements. It contains the main measurements used in sewing:
- 1 cm for necklines and armholes
- 1.5 cm and 2 cm for shoulders and sides
- 3 cm
- 4 cm and 6 cm for hems Graduation (every millimetre) up to 6 cm.
Please note: Be careful not to leave the ruler near a hot iron.
